Tackling Anxiety Together

The Bereavement Journey

The Bereavement journey is a place to talk – 7 sessions of films and discussion for anyone, whether grieving a death now or wanting to explore a previous bereavement that may be unresolved. This course is for bereaved adults to do their grief work. It’s supported by a participant manual and facilitated by volunteers.
This course will begin on Thursday 17 October 2024.

Through the course, we hope to offer encouragement and support, whilst acknowledging that each couple’s story is unique. Over the four weeks, we will cover the following topics: dealing with loss and telling others, adoption, fertility treatment, and living fruitfully.
This course will begin on Wednesday 6 November 2024.
